Ticketing for food and drink festivals

Sell session tickets for beer festivals, food festivals, and tastings, with glasses and tasting tokens as add-ons. Managed hosting is £50/year, or £25/year for charities and community groups.

Sessions with their own capacity

Each session, such as Friday evening or Saturday afternoon, is published as its own listing with its own price and capacity. Groups collect the sessions on one public page, and the dashboard's combined booking links let a visitor book several sessions in one form and one payment.

A session can also be split into adult and concession listings of its own, which share one venue limit through a group capacity cap. Capacity is used only when payment confirmation arrives, and if confirmed payments race for the last places, the later order is refunded automatically.

Promo codes handle member discounts, such as a lower price for members of the organisation running the festival, with stock limits on each code.

A visitor books the afternoon and evening sessions in one form, with each session priced separately.

Glasses, tokens, and the gate

Festival glasses, tasting tokens, and programmes sell as opt-in add-ons at checkout, each with its own stock limit. For tastings and dining events, custom questions collect dietary requirements when people book.

Volunteers on the gate scan tickets with a phone camera, with no scanner hardware to buy and no app for visitors to install. Attendees can save tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Many beer and food festivals are run by volunteer community groups, which pay £25/year on the annual plan. There is no per-ticket platform fee at any sales volume.
