Ticketing for conventions and expos

Sell day tickets, weekend passes, and trader pitches for fan conventions, comic cons, and exhibitions. Managed hosting is £50/year or £5/month with no Chobble per-ticket platform fee.

Day tickets and weekend passes

Saturday and Sunday day tickets are separate listings in one group, which lists them on one public page. A combined booking link from the dashboard books both in one form and one payment. Each day's listing carries its own capacity, so a sold-out Saturday does not stop Sunday sales.

A weekend pass sells as a package of one Saturday and one Sunday admission, so each pass takes a place from both days and scans at each day's door.

Promo codes with stock limits handle early-bird pricing, where a discount applies to a fixed number of orders and then stops. Custom questions collect accessibility requirements or cosplay details at checkout.

A convention selling 3,000 tickets pays the same £50 for the year as one selling 300, with no Chobble per-ticket platform fee on top.

A comic con checkout with two Saturday day tickets and one Sunday day ticket in one order, showing a £45 running total

Traders, queues, and attendee data

Trader and exhibitor pitches sell as their own listings, with custom questions collecting the stall name and what will be sold. For larger pitches, deposits take part of the fee at booking and send a link to pay the balance later.

At the doors, each authorised staff member scans tickets with their own phone, so several entry lanes can run at once. The scanner flags duplicate tickets, and visitors can keep their ticket in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Chobble Tickets is white-labelled and has no event marketplace, so attendees see the convention's branding and receive no marketing from Chobble. Attendee data is encrypted at rest.
