Ticketing for scare attractions

Sell tickets for haunted houses, scare trails, and Halloween events. Each night has its own capacity, and managed hosting is £50/year, whatever the season's sales.

A short season with its own calendar

Daily events run an attraction across its season, with a separate capacity for each night and blackout dates for the nights it is closed. Visitors pick their night from a calendar.

Chobble Tickets does not provide a timetable where visitors pick any clock time, so timed entry works by publishing each entry session as its own listing, such as "19:00 entry" and "20:00 entry", each with its own capacity. Peak nights can run as a separate listing with a higher price, set to the weekdays it covers.

Capacity is used only when payment confirmation arrives. If confirmed payments race for the last places on a night, the later order is refunded automatically.

Entry terms and the gate

Terms and conditions require every buyer to tick a checkbox before booking, which covers minimum age rules, health warnings, and conduct policies. A special instructions field collects anything visitors need to tell you in advance.

At the gate, staff scan tickets through a browser with a phone camera, with no scanner hardware. The scanner flags tickets that were already scanned, and a name search covers anyone whose screen will not scan.

The £50/year price covers the whole year even when the attraction trades for a few weeks each autumn, and there is no per-ticket platform fee on top. Ticket income goes directly to your own Stripe, Square, or SumUp account.
